Having seen Mike O’Hearn’s mug front and center on the promo commercial we already know he is one of the male American Gladiators but what about the females.  Well it’s not official but it might as well be as we have learned the four female American Gladiators are Beth Horn (former IFBB competitor), Tanji Johnson (IFBB star), Jamie Reed (NPC competitor) and Valerie Waugaman (IFBB Pro Figure champ).

We also know from a few sources that taping started yesterday and will continue for 12 days until they have cranked out all the episodes needed for the first season.  NBC has also stated American Gladiators will run for 6 seasons.
