On a night when President Bush gave his State of the Union address most television shows saw signifigant ratings dips and it’s understandable given how most Americans wanted to see what he had to say.  Even though the State of the Union address was on NBC still won Monday in the adults 18-49 demographic with “American Gladiators” averaging 8.5 million viewers.  It’s more then a 20% drop in ratings from previous weeks but I am sure NBC is not hitting the panic button just yet.  I expect to see ratings jump a bit for next weeks semi-final matches.
