Hulk Hogan played the role of Bacchus on February 3rd as it marked the 40th anniversary of the Bacchus parade at Mardi Gras. The parade was 1 of 54 throughout Mardi Gras this year.  Along with Hulk the musical guest for the Bacchus parade was KC and the Sunshine Band and Three Dog Night.

Found this little nugget of information for all you party animals heading down to Mardi Gras this year in New Orleans.  Hulk Hogan will reign as Bacchus for the 40th anniversary of the parade which was started back in 1968.  The Bacchus parade will be 1 of 54 parades this year compared to 50 in 2007.  I’ve been told it’s one of the best parades during Mardi Gras with  musical guests KC and the Sunshine Band and Three Dog Night.  The parade starts 5:15 pm on Sunday February 3rd.
